What is included in a standard HVAC maintenance service?
A standard HVAC maintenance service includes thorough cleaning and inspection, lubrication of moving parts, air filter replacement, airflow assessment, and safety and carbon monoxide checks. Technicians test and calibrate controls, check voltages and gas lines when applicable, and verify proper intake and exhaust. For AC and heat pumps, we clean indoor/outdoor coils, inspect refrigerant lines, check condensate lines or pumps, test the thermostat, and run the system in heating and cooling.
