- Furnace: flue and carbon monoxide check; filter/airflow; gas and electrical safety; burner ignition; thermostat; system safety.
- AC/heat pump: refrigerant lines/insulation; level/drain; clean indoor/outdoor coils; inspect blowers; condensate line or pump; outdoor disconnect; thermostat; start-up in heating and cooling.
- Ducts: inspect, clean, and seal as needed.
