During this time, they have installed 2 HVAC systems, a full-house steam humidifier, a new upgraded electric panel, and most recently, Greg completed the electrical work for our entire basement, including a sub-panel. I want to emphasize that our continued relationship with HEART is solely due to Greg, their lead electrician. He consistently does a fantastic job. Greg is easy to communicate with, extremely knowledgeable, and genuinely attentive to our needs as clients. While we've had positive experiences with the other staff we've met and worked with, I sometimes struggle with communication. Overall, I would highly recommend HEART company for electrical and HVAC installation. They do good job, have competitive prices and honor their warranty.
