Jeff Perrine and Keith Wheeler did great work at our home installing a gas tankless hot water heater. Excellent technician! Clean and efficient work! Top notch for sure!

Replaced our water heater doing an excellent job

Had gas line work done on kitchen range (Dec 2024). Appleton Campbell did a great job!! Nathaniel and Jeff addressed all my concerns, explained every detail related to the work they were doing and took great care to minimize removal of drywall for the repairs that needed to get done to move a gas line. Would highly recommend their services.

Jacob came out and gave a quote to install a new gas line for a gas stove. Was very friendly, knowledgeable, experienced, and professional and personable.

Shane (Appleton Campbell) was great! He replaced our hot water heater while answering all my questions. It works and looks fantastic! Highly recommend!

We had a leaking hot water heater. Called the office and the technician arrived at our door within 30 minutes. Great service!

Gilbert and his assistant did an excellent job of repairing our broken sewer line under extremely muddy conditions. They worked all day without a lunch break.

Appleton Campbell showed up this morning at 8am. Zach just left at 6:20 pm. Zach, Nick and Doug worked on removal and installation of our new HVAC system. Shane and Shane had to be called out, as electricians, to increase the size of the line from the panel to the AC unit. They went over how many and where they would cut small holes in our drywall to fish the lines. They either put removable panels or secured drywall back in place. As a group, these gentlemen were courteous, professional and efficient. Cleanliness was paramount. When they moved “stuff” out of the way so as to avoid drywall dust on stuff, they took a picture and then returned “stuff” to their original place. Zach found a live wire touching our gas line. He had Shane efficiently deal with it. Throughout the day Zach and Shane#1 explained everything and asked if we had any questions. Their professionalism was exemplary. My wife and I cannot say enough good things about this experience. We would recommend your service to everyone. Dave and Mike showed up on Monday morning. We had a small issue with the newly installed whole house humidifier. It had a small leak. I caught it on Friday evening, shut the humidifier down, and called Appleton Campbell Saturday morning. We were put on their priority list and Dave and Mike were at the house by 8:30 Monday morning. It took them 5 minutes to tighten 2 nuts on the unit and we were up and running. They were both very courteous and professional, asking if I had any other questions. They looked over the entire system to see if there was anything else that need their attention.

I've hired many different companies to do hvac work in my house, but they are both cheaper AND better trained than big name competitors from Fairfax. Plus everyone is very friendly. What i appreciate the most is the thorough work they do on the estimate so there are no surprises charges during the installation. I had a heat pump replaced and it turned out a gas line needed to be changed that they hadn't included in their estimate. They did the extra work for no extra charge. They go the extra mile to take care of the customer and do the job right
