Angelo and Mario did a great job installing our new electric hot water heater. The hot water heater stopped work on Sunday morning. We called Golden West Plumbing to have them come out and take a look. Upon their arrival yesterday, they flushed the hot water heater, saw that the heating elements were completely demolished. Angelo was very informative in letting us know what he suggested. We chose to replace the entire thing because there was so much build up from the previous owners and we wanted to start from scratch. Quentin, a certified plumber with Fix It 24/7 Golden, came out to check out our water heater which falls under our service agreement with them and found several things that needed attention. He showed us the parts that needed to be replaced and explained what other recommendations were needed to extend the life of our water heater system. He gave us an estimate and we agreed and proceeded with him doing the work the same day. We couldn't be happier with his knowledge, professionalism, and friendly demeanor!
