Applewood Plumbing Heating & Air are absolutely amazing. I’ve been using them for a little while now for my home’s plumbing and HVAC needs. They’re really good at providing a service window and sticking with it. Sometimes they even show up early - always a bonus. I woke up this past Monday morning at 5:00 AM and found that my tankless water heater was not heating up. They sent Dewey out who diagnosed the machine. He had to order parts for this unit and they were located in another state. As soon as the parts came in Dewey swooped by the shop and snatched them and came to my house to make the repair. He disassembled the units cleaned it real well and installed the new parts. He wasn’t here but an hour and he restored my hot water. Thanks, Dewey!
