Applewood got us scheduled for a repair less than 24 hours after we called on Sunday. They had a 2 hour window to arrive and kept me posted immediately when the window started. Tyler, the technician, arrived exactly when Applewood told me he would, even texted me a picture of him when he was enroute so I could easily identify him when he arrived. Tyler was very polite and professional. He quickly diagnosed the problem and got to work immediately. He completed the AC repair, and installed a new thermostat in just over an hour. He even gave me a tutorial on the new thermostat. We’re glad we called Applewood!

Applewood was super fast and convenient. My AC stopped working in the middle of a hot summer week. I made an appointment online at 9pm and they were able to get out to me the very next morning. I ended up paying more than I expected but Im sure all of these services are expensive. It was my first time working with an AC repair service so I didnt really know what to expect. My technician was kind and answered my questions.
