Hello Everyone! I am in awe of the entire Essig crew who came to repair a corroded and pitted interior, 1960 cast iron and 10 feet of exterior PVC sewer line piping. Special thanks to Joel Matetich (Estimator) and Dan Ditzler, Braden Nattress, the Apprentice, and all the gentlemen! So respectful, so diligent; I could go on and on. All work was completed nearly 24 hours of the (very reasonable) estimate. The job was laborious, and it was sweltering hot out the entire day, but they persevered and completed the job with precision, leaving my home neat and helped tote heavy bins back into the area. Very grateful to Essig for their competence and work ethic. I will again reach out to Essig soon for the next project.

Diagnosed sump pump discharge problem and explained options for temporary and permanent fixes due to cold weather and exposed discharge pipe. Assured me Essig is available on call for temporary fix, if needed. Will engage Essig for permanent repair in Spring.

Called on Thursday to get an estimate to run in a gas line to a fire place. The technician came out on Friday morning did the estimate and was able to complete the job the same day and was very quick, friendly and knowledgeable.

As our first contact Lindsay at Essig Plumbing and HVAC was very courteous and attentive to our needs. She was able to quickly schedule an appointment for an estimate and work within only a couple days. Jared the responding technician was prompt to our appointment and very polite and understanding to our needs. He recognized our problem with our fireplace gas line and gave a fast and fair estimate. He explained what he would recommend in detail and was able to complete the repair in about an hour. This included replacing a leaking fitting and rerouting the gas line to prevent future damage. When I asked him about a Senior Citizen discount he applied it with a smile so dont be afraid to ask about it. Overall, I would highly recommend Essig plumbing and HVAC for all of your residential and commercial needs. They are polite, efficient and easy to deal with. If I could I would give them 10 stars!

Excellent service. My very experienced tech knew exactly what needed to be done to solve and fix a water pipe leak below my utility sink. In addition to replacing a gas line to my dryer that had a leak, my tech voluntarily replaced the control value and secured my loose line to the wall. He also took a minute to retape my dryer hose connection. He was well prepared with all necessary parts and tools with him or in his truck.

After flushing my basement floor drain many times over 35 years, I finally decided to get a new sewer line for my old house. Essig Plumbing explained the work involved, gave me an estimate (actual cost). After 2-3 days I was shown all the new plumbing above and below my basement floor and the sewer line to the street. It looked great. What a relief to know that this part of my house is fixed. Nice job

I can't say enough about Ross from Essig Plumbing & Heating. I got a referral from my neighbor to contact Essig after I had a pipe break and subsequent water damage on multiple floors. Ross handled the pipe repair job in a friendly, informative, and timely manner. He also evaluated my hot water heater and estimated that it was at least 13 years old. Suggested considering getting a new one to offset the strong possibility of problems. He arranged for the installation, did it perfectly, and got me on their service plan which gave me a nice discount and access to his services throughout the year. Glad I called Essig!
