He returned today at my request to answer some questions and review the system with me. He suggested some revisions and reset some system parameters that had changed since his initial installation. He has years of experience in his trade, offers revisions based on our experiences, and reset the system to optimize performance. He is polite, teaches, works effectively, is very careful to both protect household items and clean the work space on completion. He makes sure all of the questions are addressed and work is completed to your satisfaction before he leaves. All of the A.B.
