We had Sierra A.C. and plumbing come out because our main sewer line was blocked. Warwick was the assigned tech. He was very nice to talk to. He was professional in his actions. He took before and after pictures. He got the job done within 30 minutes. Warwick deserves a raise simply because of his work ethic and professionalism!

Mike and Soren were great. They fixed my garbage disposal. I had another company come out and they told me I needed a new garbage disposal. Mike informed me it was just jammed. Mike was very knowledgeable and did not try and rip me off. I will use Sierra in the near future for all my plumbing and AC needs.

Great service, very professional technician. I recommend this company for all your HVAC systems needs. Glenn was very professional and friendly. He did discover an issue under the kitchen sink and explained all of my available options for repairs. I will have him return to make the repairs. 11/25/2025 Well I had Glenn return to make the repairs under my sink (garbage disposal replacement). As usual he did an outstanding job. The same professional and friendly manor. We also discovered that we have a Texas connection. We lived in communities right next to each other.

Replaced hot water heater. Richie ( tech) knowledgeable, friendly, Easy to understand

Warwick took time to complete his work without rushing,, also took time to answer my questions.. he is pleasant and easy to work with. 3/28/25 I don't have a way to write another review for some reason here.. therefore, I am commenting on Nikko, Jose V. and Jocquez also for coming to do evaluations on our 2 AC units and to send the camera through the sewer line and kitchen sink line etc.. all of them are super friendly and polite... how ever, there quotations are expensive, yet won't hurt to have them take a look at things because they take time to explain well and answer questions!

Steven Paul provided great service in flushing out our hot water heater. Very friendly, knowledgeable and professional.

I had a major clog in my drain lines going out to the sewer. The clog was caused by a section of drainpipe that allowed standing water to accumulate and deposit minerals. It was determined that the clog was like cement and couldn't be removed. Since my house was built in 1964 and had cast iron pipes, Sierra A/C and Plumbing recommended that I have all the drain lines replaced, a major undertaking that involved removing a substantial amount of concrete from the floor as well as tearing out drywall and digging and tunneling. Because we were going to be without a toilet for the better part of 2 weeks, Sierra provided a porta potty for us to use. The project was performed over a period of several weeks. While most of the work went well, the installation of the elbow from the toilet to the 4 inch sewer line was done incorrectly and required a substantial amount of rework to make it mate properly with the toilet. When the work was finished all the soil and concrete was replaced. The finished concrete was less than stellar and required my hiring a concrete contractor to level everything so I could replace the flooring that was torn out for access. I would respectfully suggest that perhaps the customer would be better served if Sierra subcontracted concrete work to a concrete contractor instead of using plumbers to pour concrete. On a positive note, I'd like to say that they listened to any concerns I had and addressed them in a timely manner. I do wish that on completion they had run a camera through the repaired system to show the customer that there was no standing water and that everything was draining properly. In closing, I would like to commend Alfredo for his people skills and willingness to address my concerns. He's a keeper! On the whole, I'm satisfied with Sierra's work and will continue to use their services.
