Nick and Chris and Aiden did a great job. They showed up on time, and quickly got started with a complete system replacement. Our system was 15 years old and we trusted Ultimate to replace the furnace, air conditioner and hot water heater. It took only seven hours, and we were up and running. They took care of all the paperwork and city inspection notifications. Nick and his crew were professional and courteous. We are so happy with the new products.

For the last 3+ years, we have had all positive HVAC experiences with this company, furnace, AC and plumbing/hit water heater. Jan 2026 update- another great plumbing experience with Conner. Our hot water heater went out. They visited same day, he quickly diagnosed the problem and explained an array of options. Very transparent and knowledgeable. Definitely recommend! Updating after a 65 point plumbing inspection with Brad. Big perk of being on the annual plan. Brad is clearly an expert plumber. He explained stuff, found issues, proposed potential solutions, was not pushy at all and the whole inspection was an info session. We were particularly interested in the hot water heater status because a house down the street just flooded from a HW tank blowing. It caused major unexpected damage. Brad showed me that my tank psi is too high, which is set based on city actions, and explained what I could do to lower the psi. Too much static pressure on the tank and fittings increases risk, which we don't want. Didn't know Ultimate offered this plumbing inspection but we're thrilled they do and will get one yearly.

Darrin took the time to review our options for new HVAC system and water heater. Ultimate Heating is the only heating/ac company we have used and will continue to use. We have a complete new system and water heater going in next week.

Last year I had them install a Rinnai tankless water heater in the late winter and a new HVAC system in the fall. They were on time and professional. As part of the water heater install they also ran a gas line up to the kitchen, did some duct work for my dryer vent and added some water lines so for a utility sink at a reasonable cost. The HVAC install went well too. I was also replacing the floor in my utility room and they worked with me to remove the old furnace on one day and install the new system a few days later so I had time to put the new floor in. I coordinated with them before hand. They met their timeline and I met mine so they could do the install. Both the water heater and HVAC have been working great. Highly recommend
