Excellent service provided by Anthony! Our central air stopped working on Sunday, a very hot day. I called Diamond Heating and Cooling around 1:30 PM and they were able to dispatch a technician between 7 - 10 PM. I received notifications by text and email that Anthony was on his way and he called me to let me know he was en route. He arrived before 8:30 PM. He was professional and courteous. He took time to explain what he found, fixed our central air needs, and offered advice on the which air filter to use and why. We are so thankful for his expertise. We signed up for their HVAC Maintenance Plan. I was planning to do this prior to our emergency and so glad I did. I really like to detailed invoice I received after the work was performed. I highly recommend Diamond Heating and Cooling!

Don’t be fooled by the others who say they have after hours technicians and then make you wait until Monday. Diamond will be my go to from now on! Caden was professional and very knowledgeable, he troubleshot the problem and repaired it quickly getting AC back on for my family! Very satisfied customer!!! Highly recommend!
