Semi-Annual HVAC Maintenance check.

We hired Cardinal HVAC to do an annual maintenance/cleaning of our furnace and heating system and we’re very pleased with the results. Cole was our technician and he was very thorough and took the time to explain everything to us. We would highly recommend Cardinal.

Cardinal Heating has been servicing our furnace & air for over 30 years Cardinal just replaced our AC & the inside of our Air Handler & boiler heating system in our condo. I would not trust any other HVAC except Cardinal. They do it right the first time.

Wow -- we have used Cardinal for HVAC installation and servicing in the past, but not plumbing, and we were so impressed. First, Brandon is a phenomenal plumber -- knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly! We used him twice on separate installations and then requested him again for some follow-up issues, and I will request him every time! Second, I can't say enough about how great the customer service at Cardinal is -- you can always get someone on the phone right away and someone will call you back promptly if needed. I love the reminder calls, and the pre-service text that the service professional is on his/her way, along with a photo and short bio. We even received a thank you card after a recent installation! The emails are informative and often have coupons, and sometimes we can find a relevant coupon on the website. We will definitely use again!

My request for service was scheduled promptly. The serviceman had all the necessary parts and equipment with him even though I e-mailed them late on Sunday evening to add that I may need a garbage disposer to my call which was scheduled Monday at 8:00am. This saved another trip for this repair. 6/19/23 I was very satisfied with the work done by Javier. He went the extra mile to clean my outside screen I would be happy to have him do all my HVAC maintenance.

This was my second official experience with Cardinal, heating and air conditioning. The technician, Jordan, showed up at my door with a friendly smile and a wave. After coming in and introducing myself, he started petting my dog and we chatted for a bit about what was going to happen. Jordan was here for a maintenance check on the system that was installed a little less than a year ago. Jordan thoroughly explained how long it was gonna take and what was going to happen. He allowed me to hover over his shoulder the whole time and ask questions. He basically explained exactly what he was doing as he was doing it, all while getting nuzzled by my dog! He was professional, thorough, and efficient. Would definitely recommend them if you need HVAC installation, repair, or maintenance.
