General plumbing services in Lowell, MA

Colby A came over and quickly and efficiently assessed our leaky pipe situation. He explained to us exactly the details of the repair he would make. Colby did the repair in a very timely manner, tested the pipe repair and then called us over to inspect the repair once it was completed. We are very satisfied with his service

I’ve been having issues with my water heater over the last two months. I originally used Bill Trombly and they did not repair my water heater correctly after using them two times. I heard from a friend about Paul the Plumber so I decided to give them a try. They were quick at setting up a date and it was easy as a first time customer. The technicians Mike and Tyler were prompt, professional and fixed my water heater with no problem. I appreciate the great service.

Colby Austin arrived promptly and explained about installing an automatic valve shutoff on my hot water heater! When the job was completed Colby explained how it worked! He was very friendly, courteous, and professional!

Great service. They were responsive and answered all our questions. They fixed our plumbing issue and installed a new hot water heater. Thank you for making us a priority with the urgency regarding our plumbing problem. Highly recommend.

Massive fan of this company. It all started for me with a sump pump installation and ended with a complete mini-split system. I had heard of Paul the Plumber from a friend of family, and I gotta tell you I'm completely satisfied. The professionalism exhibited by Caleb gave me complete confidence to go forward with each project I had done through. This is a great team all around, and had quite the crew come in and out of my house for a couple months there of misc. projects I honestly just kept throwing at them. Special mentions being, Tom, Bobby, Paul, Adam, Colby, Steve, and finally, Tyler! All of this crew was excellent and if you're looking for an American company with hardworking American ethics, I can't say enough nice things about this company. They have got a lifelong customer in me.

Adrian and his assistant Caleb arrived on time and were able to give me a firm estimate on the toilet repairs. Both technicians were professional, courteous and respectful. They went right to work and went the extra mile to insure the job was completed correctly. I was impressed by the knowledge they showed me and the satisfaction I received when the work was finished. In the future, I'm using Paul the Plumber for all my house hold needs. Great work guys. 5 🌟
