AB May organization is a class act. Today it was Derrick Kruse, replacing backup batteries on a redundant sump pump system system that he first installed ten years ago. Prompt efficient service by well trained people. This organization has incredible depth of knowledge. Occasionally a repair takes two visits, but we have never had an issue that required three. The more business we do with AB May, the happier we are with their service.

Did a good job and the tech was very nice. The only issue is the cost. Very expensive. Almost $900.00 to replace a sump pump. That was with my membership and getting 10% off. It was going to be over $600.00 if I went and bought the sump pump myself and had them install. Didn't take the guy maybe 45 minutes. Crazy prices. I paid it because if I had other plumbers come out for estimates they charge anywhere from $100 to $150 just to come out. So difficult to get estimates without paying close to $300 before the work even gets started.

Camerons look at situation and ordered parts for the next day install. Jeremy Overall performed the installation. He explains the mechanics and electrical monitoring system. I appreciate Jeremy's extra time explaining the new sump pump. All packing and old system was removed.

We had a sump pump system failure early this week during the wet rainy days. It appeared a battery backup system had gone, which it had, and we learned the pump had failed as well. Since we learned it was over 15 years old, which we didn't know, it had gone as far as it should. Dave Orleman, the tech, explained clearly what went wrong. We had to process the price for a full change out to a top of the market system, but we did, and in a couple hours it was changed, and we now have system we can rely on. I'm liking it.
