Harley Oppenheim from AB May is an exceptional HVAC technician who went above and beyond to get my heater up and running. Instead of just taking the easy route and replacing parts blindly, Harley took the time to carefully diagnose the specific issue with my furnace. His thorough approach showed his dedication to finding the most cost-effective and least invasive solution, saving me both time and money. Harley was professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely cared about doing the job right. I’d highly recommend him to anyone in need of HVAC repairs—he truly knows his stuff and puts the customer first! Dustin was professional, curious, and knowledgeable. He came prepared with a plan to resolve the issue. When the first attempt didn't work he carefully brought in additional equipment and tried a different approach. After not much additional time he was able to get things flowing again. Dustin took the time to reconnect the plumbing and he tested for leaks. Great experience. Thanks for the weekend support Dustin!

Trevin was incredible! So quick at figuring out my problem (darned capacitors) and providing me with detailed solutions. He also broke down their maintenance service tiers in a really nice way to help me with my coverage in the future. Fantastic guy to have around and great at HVAC repairs too!

George came by to check on a thermostat fault code that came up when we turned on the A/C for the first time this yr. He explained the code, the what/why, the parts and replacement costs. Checked everything else that could have led to the code. Completely satisfied with his work, knowledge, speed of work and professionalism. For those that are concerned w 'appearance/cleanliness' of the individual showing up to your house; George was in clean AB May attire, as well as his person. If I could request an HVAC repair person, he would be it.
