James was very professional. He carefully inspected and cleaned our air conditioner and heating systems. He answered all the questions I had. After he was done, James explained what he had done and asked if I had any questions or concerns.

George came by to check on a thermostat fault code that came up when we turned on the A/C for the first time this yr. He explained the code, the what/why, the parts and replacement costs. Checked everything else that could have led to the code. Completely satisfied with his work, knowledge, speed of work and professionalism. For those that are concerned w 'appearance/cleanliness' of the individual showing up to your house; George was in clean AB May attire, as well as his person. If I could request an HVAC repair person, he would be it.

AB May's home performance technician Eddie cleaned our ducts today. I mentioned that our house always seems too dusty. We have tried different remedies but have never solved it. Eddie investigated and found that when our home was built, an opening for a vent was cut into the heating duct in a hidden spot in a dusty unfinished area of the basement. Our system has been sucking in that dusty air for years. I really appreciated Eddie's professional manner, but most of all that he listened and was super competent and knowledgeable about heating systems and solved this for us. Karen - Shawnee

We had a great experience with HVAC tech Nick C. today. He was very knowledgeable about our HVAC system and it's expected life-span and gave us information to watch out for so we'll know immediately if our (somewhat older) system starts to fail. He also apprised us of upcoming regulatory changes that will affect our system in three years so we can be well-informed and make good decisions when we are ready to replace our system or if it should need any major repairs. We've always had great service from A.B. May and Nick was another shining example of their dedication to customer satisfaction. Update: Today our tech was Jalen and he was every bit as courteous and professional as we've come to expect from AB May personnel. Very pleased with our covered HVAC maintenance services today! Update 2-1-23: Gate and Antonio did a fantastic job installing our replacement ceiling fan, still super satisfied with AB May!

John Cooney responded quickly to rescue my friend from a dangerously overheated house by supplying a temporary air conditioner until hers could be replaced.
