This was my first plumbing experience with Johnson. They have serviced my HVAC for years. Recently installed a new HVAC. The service with the plumbing is consistent with the HVAC service. Excellent! Had an unknown water leak in my mechanical room. From the first contact at midnight with the woman who took my service call, to John Woodbury who was the technicial, I was treated very well. John came out, found the issue was with the hot water heater, discussed my options and had a new one installed within a few hours. highly recommended.

The Bradford White power vent water heater is working great and is very quiet compared to our water heater that failed.

They were professional, and told us that furnace and water heater were shorted because our sump pump died and was flooded with 3 inches of water . Another guy came from a different company,who we had a maintenance agreement, came out, charged us 78.00 and told us there was nothing he could do, and that we needed an electrian. You came out and we had a new furnace and hot water heater the next day. Thank you

New water heater installed 4 months ago and had no hot water day of service call. Turns out the circuit beaker on the water heater had shut off.

We had Mister Quick come out to work on our hot water heater. While they were here we also had them replace our water softener and also replace our kitchen faucet. We also had them work on a few other things around our house and all I can say about the men that were doing the work and the company they were fantastic. 12/19/23 Regular maintenance for the furnace. I told them NO upselling. Casey checked out everything to do with the furnace and changed the filter. I have the Ecobee system and love it. Five stars for Casey! Four stars is because I put in a Humidifier a year ago and had to replace it. Mr Quick you need to do better. I have Easywater and Reverse osmosis water system. My hot water heater was installed by you too. So why is the water not going into the water heater not going through one of these systems??

The installer was cleanly dressed, professional and we were back with hot water from a quality water heater within an hour and a half or so. Quick response and completion of service. Took special care not to damage home as the hot water heater was upstairs. Friendly service with a smile. Not cheap ($2k+) to replace a 50 gal hot water heater but it does come with annual services. (they did take old equipment away)
