Johnson Plumbing is a phenomenal company. I called several companies to look at my problem and Johnson was the only one who showed me my lines had deteriated to the point that in places there wasn't any clay pipe left. They are a little higher than other companies however they are well worth it. They are professional on the phone, stay in contact with you during the whole process, call when they are on the way, answered all my questions, graded my yard, and even leveled out my driveway before they put down new gravel (my sewer line crossed my driveway). At the end of the job they even gave us a complimentary gift basket.

I had a wonderful experience with Carter's My Plumber from start to finish. They are both a large outfit and a locally-owned company. This combination allows them to address a wide range of plumbing issues (i.e., they have the expert staff and the necessary equipment) while at the same time remaining ultra-responsive to customers. I had a sewer line leak located in a hard-to-reach area on the 1st floor of my house. Senior plumber Paul P correctly diagnosed the location and cause of the problem based on his observations of the wall damage alone. The affected area was subsequently opened up by a crew from a different company to grant access to the pipe. Two days later, Paul and Peyton returned and replaced the cracked section of old pipe with new pipe and the problem was solved. They also had time to replace my aging water heater, which was a separate and unrelated issue. Five stars!

Phil Cromwell was our plumber. He and his team did a phenomenal job at fixing our sewer line with only a small amount of space available to work. They made it happen.

We recently had a serious sewer line upgrade and had a great experience working with Phil and Ryder! I really appreciate how Phil took the time to talk me through the entire process as they both were excavating and putting new PVC lines in. Wes and Andrew, our inside plumbers, were efficient, thorough, and communicative as well. It was a big project but the team got it done in one day. I also very much appreciated Matt Shaw who came out a few times before for different estimates and during the project and made sure we kept the project within the original estimate. I called several companies for estimates and I couldn’t be happier that I went with this crew.

They did a wonderful job fixing our sewer line at a price other companies could not match. They are now the first company we will be going to in future for all our plumbing issues. Sara is easy to work with; flexible in scheduling and understanding.

DANIEL came to my home under our Annual Maintenance Agreement. He was here specifically to handle my sewer line inspection. He was on-time, very well organized, very thorough, and communicative. He explained everything to me when necessary. His cleanup was excellent. I would like to have him service any future home plumbing issues if possible! Happy with his work and Summers responsiveness. Summers Plumbing Heating & Cooling will be the only company I ever call again for any plumbing needs. Jared was amazing at diagnosing the issues I had. He quickly got me on the schedule to get everything taken care of. The plumbing in my crawl space was leaking in two places and as it turns out my sewer line was broken. He handled getting a crew out here and getting me back up and running quickly. He even called me twice before the work was completed to check on me. Jared definitely is an asset to the company. I was pleased with Daniel and his helper. They were very friendly, and explained what they were doing and problem with tree roots in sewer line. They cleared the clog, and explained that the clay tile should be replaced to eliminate problem. SM Jarod did a fine job this week inspecting the plumbing. we were able to work with such a great plumbing team. our sewer line was an absolute disaster, but everyone that came out was so knowledgeable and helpful. chase had a team with us for two days digging and trying to figure out the best solution. unfortunately i do not remember their names, but they were so honest and such a joy to be around. jake, bryce, and francisco came out after the weekend to do some more work (something new and cool and with resin) and were just wonderful. everyone we worked with was more than willing to walk us through every option and answer questions, even if that meant making phone calls. we couldnt have asked for a better group of guys, truly. 10/10, would recommend.

Highly recommend using Seriously 24/7. They are always professional and knowledgeable. We have used their services on several projects now. Initially, found by chance needing an emergency service late on a weekend. Jason responded quickly and had the problem mitigated within a few hours. We also, at that time (even being late, and over the weekend), were able to get an estimate on a known main line sewer project on our 100+ year old home. That included, installing a sump pump in the basement, replacing the old eroded metal main downspout inside the house, and replacing the homes original main clay line running out to the street. All was scheduled AND completed within 1 week! We knew when purchasing our home that the sewer line to the street would need to be replaced and had received multiple estimates and extended timetables. Seriously 24/7 was upfront with pricing, cost was comparable to everything else we received as well as accurate on time it would take to complete. We ultimately chose to go with them due to the way they helped us with the emergency call and the overall customer service experience. It is always top notch from the start with every phone call and accurate updates on arrivals via text/phone call for each technician. We could not have asked for a better company. We have had zero issues and despite needing to dig up concrete in the basement everything was repaired, cleaned up and it looks better then when we first purchased the home. Since this time, we have had Antoneo over to replace a broken flange on toilet in a tricky space (again 100+ year old home) and inspect an upstairs bathtub. And, as expected, the work and professionalism was excellent! Seriously 24/7 will continue to be our go to company as well as who we recommend for any project large or small.

Mister Quik is amazing! I was able to schedule online for a same day appt. The tech arrived early, was very polite and professional. He cleared the blockage in my main sewer line in no time and it was $99 as advertised. Highly recommend.

Needed a Sewer Line Camera Video of a sewer line repair made by the builder of the home as evidence and validation that the sewer line was indeed repaired properly and free of any obstruction to the main sewer. Josh of Mr. Quick was timely, professional and well versed in the process of providing the service that was requested by the homeowner. Price was below most competitors in the area and would use them again in the future. Josh performed above my expectations and Mr. Quick should feel very fortunate to have him employed as one of their service technicians.

Mister Quick did an excellent job of helping us with our clogged sewer line. Drew, Billy and John are great communicators and went way above and beyond with the work that they did for us. John, without me even asking him to, took it upon himself to contact our HOA / PMC, spoke with them about what they had found and within minutes the PMC contacted me and said they would take full responsibility for our drainage issue. This would not have happened without John going the extra mile and making the phone call. Mister Quick was recommended to me by a a Friend because MQ "stands by their work". I recommend MQ to anyone who needs help with maintenance issues at their and will definitely call them in the future for other needs that come up with my home.

I was very pleased with the service! The conditions working on my property are difficult due to overgrown landscape. But they were very gracious about that. They arrived when they said they would and completed the work promptly. They originally thought I might need a new sewer line, which would have been extremely expensive. But when they investigated further, they found that the problem could be fixed for much cheaper. I appreciated their honesty and integrity. A less reputable company could have taken advantage of my ignorance. I was very grateful for their attention to detail and wouldn't hesitate to call them for future repairs.

Tech was very nice and curious, came to relocate sewer line and placed pins for upcoming repair.

I used this business for the hydro jetting of my main line because of roots. Jacob came out and did a wonderful job clearing my line. I was told by other companies just need to get my sewer line pulled up and fixed, one of them didn't even look in my line just quoted me something INSANE and basically said to have someone else do it, so I did. There wasn't trying to sell me other high price services I just couldn't afford at the time. I'd most definitely recommend this company for your ALL plumbing needs and when I'm ready for the big purchase of digging up those pipes I know who exactly to call. Thank you guys you've saved me alot!

I’m not one to write a review but I felt inclined to after my experience with this company. Rick, Brett, Sarah, and all the other guys who helped fix my main sewer line backup issue were excellent. Very knowledgeable, helpful, courteous, thorough, and professional. They diagnosed and corrected the problem and were not trying to nickel and dime me along the way.
