Quick response and completion of service. Took special care not to damage home as the hot water heater was upstairs. Friendly service with a smile. Not cheap ($2k+) to replace a 50 gal hot water heater but it does come with annual services. (they did take old equipment away)

I was very pleased with the service! The conditions working on my property are difficult due to overgrown landscape. But they were very gracious about that. They arrived when they said they would and completed the work promptly. They originally thought I might need a new sewer line, which would have been extremely expensive. But when they investigated further, they found that the problem could be fixed for much cheaper. I appreciated their honesty and integrity. A less reputable company could have taken advantage of my ignorance. I was very grateful for their attention to detail and wouldn't hesitate to call them for future repairs.

In the pass Carter My Plumber has always been great to assist with our Plumbing issues. I talked to Jodi on Monday & this morning (Wednesday) about a leak with my shower. He explained what the process of repairing the issue would be & discuss with me about having a water softener installed as well. I had Concerns which he was helpful with answering all my questions. Jodi Guided me through the financial process as well which I am very grateful & thankful for. Wesley the Technician was sent to my home to make the repairs & install the water softener. He explained all the details of what the process would be, how to operate the water softener, how long it would take him & answered all my questions Promptly. Wes did a great job on the shower leak repair & installing the water softener . I Especially appreciate Wes being patient with my 6-year-old grandson who was very observant of his work today. Friendly consultant showed up on time and presented estimate for work. He was able to arrange for an install tech to come out an hour or so later. The installer was cleanly dressed, professional and we were back with hot water from a quality water heater within an hour and a half or so. I used this business for the hydro jetting of my main line because of roots. Jacob came out and did a wonderful job clearing my line. I was told by other companies just need to get my sewer line pulled up and fixed, one of them didn't even look in my line just quoted me something INSANE and basically said to have someone else do it, so I did. There wasn't trying to sell me other high price services I just couldn't afford at the time. I'd most definitely recommend this company for your ALL plumbing needs and when I'm ready for the big purchase of digging up those pipes I know who exactly to call. Thank you guys you've saved me alot!

Highly recommend this company! I was staying at my daughter’s house while she was out of town and their hot water heater went out. Everyone at Carter’s was so responsive and understanding of the situation. They were able to replace the hot water heater the same day and the plumber that installed it was professional and friendly.

The gentlemen that did a wonderful job preforming my annual inspection. I asked about my old broken batter operated backup for my sump pump. They told me several possibilities to help me work around my system and also about their backup system. They saved me hundreds of dollars and I got a top of the line sump pump backup system. Kudos to Dustin Shotts and the entire team.

He also brought an existing issue in my crawlspace to my attention and recommended a fix. I will definitely request him again. I have had issues with other plumbing companies in the past, but he absolutely put my mind at ease and he was very easy to deal with.

I had a leak in my slab and water was leaking all around my house. I called Indiana Leak Detection and they came out and pinpointed the leak for me. Other companies said they would have to drill into my slab around my house to find it. Indiana Leak Detection was able to find the leak without any drilling. The whole situation was terrible, but ILD delivered a very professional experience and it was a great to have someone being so helpful. Thanks for the work!
