For several years I have not been able to use the dishwasher after I accidently "killed" the garbage disposal with potato peelings. My daughter Joyce and I really appreciate Eli and Rob's quick response to our request for disposal replacement. We have also had issues with under-mount sink water leakage as well as issues with the sink faucet. Eli and Rob gave us some good suggestions to replace not only the disposal but also install an over-mount sink as well as the faucet. We look forward to receiving a proposal for the cost of fixing these issues and to eventually improve the efficiency of our kitchen. Thanks so much Linda Patton

New Review! Lauren came out to tune up my AC, and Phil and Austin were here working on my plumbing (new water heater, new garbage disposal, new pressure valve into the house, new toilet) all day. They were all great! All the LBA staff are so nice, very professional, and easy to work with. I'm so happy I found them!! Addendum 07/09/20 - had to have Phil out again to check out some plumbing issues, he resolved them and was very professional and a pleasure to work with! Addendum 09/24/20 - Eli came out for my furnace tune-up and installation of an air scrubber. Another great LBA person to work with!! Addendum 06/16/21 - Another great experience with LBA! Addendum 11/18/21 - Phil, Noah, and Jack came out because I had a clog, and as always, were awesome! Going to have to have some major plumbing/pipe work done, and I wouldn't want anyone else to do it!! Addendum 12/21/22 - Jake Pollard came out today and repaired my furnace (thank goodness, since it's going to be -40 tomorrow night!!). As always, so happy with LBA!!! Addendum 2/3/23 - Noah Michael came out today and replaced my main water shutoff valve. As always, an awesome job, Noah is very nice and professional, and is one of the reasons I keep coming back to LBA!!

On 8/17/23, Matt & Eric arrived promptly after I called to schedule a repair/replacement garbage disposal. They knocked out the job very quickly. He then had Paul come to the house to get our new furnace order placed and then installed by Dustin and Jeff. All four gentlemen were very professional, knowledgeable. We also had a great plumbing professional named Anthony, who came the same day to repair/replace our second batch room’s bathtub knobs/pipes, and also unclogged the drain. My family couldn’t have asked for a better experience from the entire crew! Prices were great and the service was even better. We will definitely recommend Bob Hamilton to our friends and family. Kitchen drain line was not draining. Water and garbage disposal were backing up. Richard, our tech, was very pleasant and kept checking to make sure that the sink would drain. It took 2-3 trys, but it all came out well.

Dont know what glowing words to use to describe the professional, efficient and determined Im GOING TO UNCLOG THIS SINK attitude that Technician Travis Haynes in my home today. Down through the years a certain amount of grease had built up and I did not help the situation by throwing away raw rice down the garbage disposal side of the kitchen sink. Need I say more!!! He worked about 3 hours as every minute passed I ONLY HEARD IN MY HEAD This bill is gonna kill me cause plumbers are so expensive plus THE WEEKEND I was wrong on every concern.
