Prompt efficient service by well trained people. This organization has incredible depth of knowledge. Occasionally a repair takes two visits, but we have never had an issue that required three. The more business we do with AB May, the happier we are with their service.

Curtis Vedder is a Master service technician who installed a tankless water heater system several years ago and his work was superb. He returned today at my request to answer some questions and review the system with me. He suggested some revisions and reset some system parameters that had changed since his initial installation. He has years of experience in his trade, offers revisions based on our experiences, and reset the system to optimize performance. He is polite, teaches, works effectively, is very careful to both protect household items and clean the work space on completion. He makes sure all of the questions are addressed and work is completed to your satisfaction before he leaves. All of the A.B. I called at 9 to get water heater replaced, they were there by 10- had to get water heater and were back by 1 and had the job done quickly. They explained everything thoroughly regarding fixing versus replacing and explained how the new water heater worked. They were professional.
