Very good job. Good service and friendly. Im going to ask that Rachel comes back for all service calls on our A/C and heating systems.

We had service by Marbelo. Provided thorough service for heating maintenance. Maintained cleanliness on the household; wore shoe protectors. He spent time making sure all the ducts were operable. I am glad we have them on board for our HVAC maintenance

Superb customer service and professionalism starting with the initial call all the way to the technician doing the work. Very impressed and relieved. I usually feel like I got a raw deal after a HVAC repair but really felt good after the visit by Sierra.

Sierra is the best and Corey Reding is my favorite tech! Friendly, knowledgeable, low pressure on the recs, but with a clear picture of the need and the alternative to not doing them. I feel extremely comfortable with Sierra as my HVAC service, repair and install company and even more so with Corey as my tech. Thanks Corey!

I love Sierra. I lived in NYC where HVAC maintenance is a mob racket, so I’m always skeptical of its value. Sierra has always been wonderful. Their maintenance plan is friendly, and their techs are always great. Deon came by today and was professional and polite. I’m happy that we are all set for the upcoming season. 👍

I recently had my AC unit repaired by Sierra AC, and I couldnt be more satisfied with their service. From the moment I called, their team was courteous, responsive, and professional. The technician arrived on time, quickly diagnosed the issue, and had everything up and running in no time. Fabian did an oustanding job. Kudos to him. My home is finally cool and comfortable again, and Im grateful for their fast and reliable service. I highly recommend Sierra AC to anyone needing HVAC repairs or maintenance!

Great job by Josue Arcigahe replaced the damper on our ac system and fulfilled the required maintenance on our entire hvac and heating system. We now feel safe that both our cooling and heating system will work right as weather dictates.

Matt and Dustin did a super job on biannual maintenance of air and heating systems (46 mos old). Discussed other filtration system and a separate cleaning of the upstairs blower and fan system.

Excellent service from the technician Dustin. He was professional and personable as he conducted the inspection and maintenance on our heating systems. This is our second experience with Sierra after switching from another company. We are pleased and satisfied that we made the change to Sierra.

I just want to thank the AC Installation crew (Justin, Eddy, Joe, Marco, and Jason) for their kind attitude and professionalism from their greeting upon arrival to my residence and explaining to me and my wife the entire procedures of the scope of work the crew are going to do step by step. Their hard work and dedication were very impressive. From installation to final cleanup and the after action brief only impress me of their motivation. Kudos to Sierra AC & Plumping for having such technicians

Sierra AC did my AC replacement recently. The installers have done a nice and clean jobs. However, when I contacted their office for follow up ceiling entry repairs, I go no answers. I called their customer service three times, every time they promised they would call me back for scheduling. In fact, there was no one calling back. Without ceiling repairs, my AC installation can only be considered half done. Therefore I give Sierra AC 3-stars here. Ceiling holes allow dust and bugs to enter my bedroom easily. If Sierra AC can get holes fixed quickly, I would consider raising their star ranking. If this repairs got seriously delayed, I may have to consider lowering their star rating. Hope they take care post-insulation repairs seriously. Otherwise the project is still not done. Progress- three days after my comments above, Sierra AC called me back and scheduled the ceiling repairs. Now the ceiling looks fine. So I raised their star level to 4 . Nice job done. The only thing that prevented me from giving a five star is the AC system has not be tested for cooling, since it was installed in winter. I will need to reevaluate the AC function in summer.

Winter service for our house heating system with yearly filter change.

I’ve been using Sierra for HVAC maintenance and repair for years, but this was my first experience with Sierra Plumbing. Our technician Rodney Stark was very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. He made recommendations on upgrades we could do, and explained the benefits of each. He gave us several options to review at various price points and prioritized them based so we could determine how best to proceed. Great first impression!
