I had Doc Dancer clean my house ducts. Man, did they do a great job! It had been a long time since I had had the ducts cleaned. And the prior company didn't get to them all. Doc Dancer sure did. Lots of pics to show the improvement as well. After this, they put in two complete HVAC systems. I go the top of the line system for my main house and a budget one for a single room addition. The work was done in a timely and professional manner. I'm really happy with my two new systems. And the price was nice. Thanks to Doc Dancer for their excellent work. Update: Doc Dancer just did a service check of the A/C installation. Andy was wonderful. He told me how he tweaked each of the two systems to make them more efficient. Thank you! Update 2: One of my two new heating systems threw a code. Andy came again and was wonderful again! The system needed the low heat gas pressure reset. Done! The system is now configured as it should be. THANKS AGAIN TO ANDY AND TO DOC DANCER!

In addition to being professional and friendly, both the technician that came out to diagnose the issue (Tim) and the the one that came out to repair the problem (Rick) were extremely knowledgeable on the system and very patient as they explained to me what they were doing, why they were doing it, and what they were seeing as a result. Major props to both men, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this company to anyone needing ac repair.

We have an old high velocity AC system. The tech is kind and knowledgeable. We needed extra ducts put in along with a new AC installation. They did a great job putting the new ductwork in and getting the new ac up and running. Thank you.

Our furnace was serviced today by Justin York. Over the past ten years I have observed several technicians work on our heating system.Justin checked parts of the system that no other technician has ever looked at. We've used Summers for our annual HVAC maintenance through their service plan. In March, we were dismayed to learn that our A/C unit needed replaced. Nathan Rogers with Summers helped us with the purchase of new. Most recently, as part of our service membership, we had our water heater and plumbing system inspected and drains cleaned. Joshua Wickey provided that service. Both gentlemen were professional, knowledgable and communicated well. [I'm adding a later addition and concern: I just spoke with my brother in law and learned that my niece had Summers come out for A/C cleaning and inspection. Niece said the tech changed some wiring, but then was told they needed a new furnace and A/C condenser for $11,000. Bro-in-law is an electrician and came to look. He said he re-wired the A/C to the way it was before and all worked fine. They think that they were lied to now. Please tell me--and them!--that this isn't so! We all put our trust in HVAC service we can trust. And that trust includes having technicians that don't purposely create a problem so customers end up paying for an unneeded repair or product.]

This is our first time using Summers and we were pleased with the service and timely repair of our ac unit. Our air completely stopped working so we spent the evening without. It was miserable! We called around hvac repair companies that were recommended to us—Other companies in the area could not come out until 4pm or later. We called Summers first thing in the morning and Ryan arrived by 9:30am and our air was on and working by 11. He made it easy to understand what repairs were needed and he even spent some additional time recommending little things we could do to help cool our home more efficiently. Very thankful! As for affordability, I do believe they have reasonable costs of service and repair. We signed up for their membership which also sounds like a great deal— now to schedule the next maintenance services and utilize our membership :)
