Jake came out to repair the vacuum breaker on the sprinkler system. During his visit he inspected the water heater and discussed the longevity of the sump pump. Given his honesty and professionalism, we moved forward and had the sump pump replaced to avoid a potential water crisis in the near future. Given long history with Brothers Plumbing, Heating, and Electric, I would highly recommend this company.

Today, Anthony, Jerry and Alex installed a new sump pump. They showed up on time, worked efficiently, were respectful to our home, to me and husband, and my dog. Anthony showed us on his iPad when the job was done what was installed (so we didn’t have go downstairs in the crawl space!). We've been using Golden West for the past several years and they've always been super accommodating and professional. They saved us BIG bucks awhile back as we were about to get a sump pump installed and one of their technicians (I'm so sorry I forgot his name!) while at our house for completely unrelated work, told us we just needed to extend our down spout out front and sure enough, that fixed the problem with water leaking into our basement. Golden West installed a new swamp cooler and furnace for us as well. Want to give a big thanks to Anthony and his crew for doing such a great job with those! And just recently, Golden West came out to turn our swamp cooler on and just want to thank Riley and Max personally for their quick work and professionalism!! Everyone had Golden West has always been really nice and responsive. I would highly recommend.

Had water coming in through the basement. Was calling plumber after plumber and nobody wanted to do it. These guys came out and got it done pretty fast. Had to get new kitchen/sewer lines. Add a sump pump. A lot of labor work had to break 30ft of cement flooring. Joseph was really informative, communicates, explains things very well.

They fixed my sump pump which was only replaced last year by a different company. It was a disaster with a broken pipe and water damage and they fixed it same day. Polite, professional, and even noticed my sprinkler valve was leaking when they were cleaning their hands off outside and fixed that too while they were there!! I

Daniel was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable about the issue with our sump pump. He arrived exactly when he said he would arrive for the repair and the job took the exact amount of time he said it would take. We could not be happier with the service we received from him. Heart installed our sump pump about two years ago and it stopped working. Rocky came out, did a thorough inspection, and determined the issue was with the GFI outlet, not the pump itself. As always, Heart stood by their warranty and didnt charge anything. Always happy with their service!
