Dan was professional, courtesy, and performed the job to perfection. I had complete trust in his ability. I'm 49 years old, used other plumbing companies throughout my life but I must say whenever I have used Brothers, I can easily see the difference, staff are well trained and experts, they use high quality products, even in the small things that make a difference. I'm not so educated about home improvement products, so I'm dependent on trusting the professional who comes into my home. Yeah, most companies could do similar work but for example, Brothers used a raised drip pan to protect my water heater, I had no idea they existed!! Had I used another company, they would have put in the typical drip pan or might have told me, I don't need one - that happened to me 4 years ago. Brothers maybe a little more pricy than some other companies, but I can always trust Brothers, love the quality of their work, and in my particular situation, I found it was well worth it for high quality work, better materials, and most of all peace of mind.

We have been working with HEART for over 2 years now. During this time, they have installed 2 HVAC systems, a full-house steam humidifier, a new upgraded electric panel, and most recently, Greg completed the electrical work for our entire basement, including a sub-panel. I want to emphasize that our continued relationship with HEART is solely due to Greg, their lead electrician. He consistently does a fantastic job. Greg is easy to communicate with, extremely knowledgeable, and genuinely attentive to our needs as clients. While we've had positive experiences with the other staff we've met and worked with, I sometimes struggle with communication. Overall, I would highly recommend HEART company for electrical and HVAC installation. They do good job, have competitive prices and honor their warranty.

I first contacted Heart about AC installation on a Thursday. Cody came out that same week on Saturday to check out what equipment we currently had and give us an estimate. He was extremely professional/ easy to work with, the pricing was super reasonable, and the warranty/ maintenance package they offer is better than anything I’ve ever seen or heard of. They also offer new homeowner and military discounts as well as no interest financing options which helped us out a lot. Richard and Adam came out to do the install the very next Wednesday (only 6 days after I had initially reached out). They were extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and even helped me install a google nest thermostat I had previously had some trouble figuring out when they were done with the AC install. Low-stress, professional experience from start to finish.

David did an AMAZING job! He came out for a routine heating and furnace inspection. Before starting he gave me a detailed description of what the inspection would involve, making sure I understood everything. He asked if I had any questions or anything specific I might need addressed. Throughout the inspection David made sure to point out potential issues and did a great job explaining exactly how the entire HVAC system functions. On top of this, he noticed a possible leak coming from the water line where it first enters our house. I mentioned the house was built in 1951 it still had a galvanized line running from the street to our house. I told him how I have had multiple problems from the city water department in the past, as they have had to shut off the main line in the street for repairs, and whenever they turn it back on the built-up pressure always causes issues with the plumbing in my house. In an ideal world we would have already replaced the old galvanized line but that is obviously expensive. He was shocked to see the city did not include a pressure regulating valve when they installed the water meter inside the house, and explained how that can damage our plumbing. Even though the purpose of his inspection was strictly for the furnace he went out of his way to figure out any potential issues with our plumbing, including taking pressure readings on some of our plumbing fixtures. He even made sure to set up an appointment with one of their plumbers to come and do a free inspection in order to determine how we can best address the water pressure issues we are experiencing. David was EXTREMELY helpful, friendly, knowledgeable, and a pleasure to have for this inspection! Heart did our AC installation 1 year ago, and it is very apparent why this company is rated so well! I was already aware of some of the great services they include such as lifetime warranty on both parts AND labor, but I learned even more about how great of a company they are from my experience with David! Even though Heart only installed our AC unit, they regard us as a customer for ALL of their services! Knowing that one of their plumbers is coming out to give a free inspection makes what would be a potentially stressful project less worrisome. Absolutely 5 out of 5 service!

Weve had recurring issues with our furnace system ever since installing a Nest thermostat. Ben did an outstanding ; very responsive and knowledgable. Also, polite and professional; took the time to review issues with our heating system and made sure everything was sound. Recommended additional yearly services that would prevent the same issues. Stephen is my go-to electrician from Heart. He is experienced and very professional. He upgraded my switches to smart ones and I am so happy! He did it in less than 30 minutes. I have an HVAC Service maintenance coming in next week and I know I won’t be disappointed!

Repaired/replaced faulty boiler parts on home heating system

Hot water heating system boiler was not working properly. Technician diagnosed faulty eclectic ignition control system and replaced the panel and accompanying gas control sensor to restore heat and system to normal function.

Levi was the first to arrivehe was polite, friendly, and clearly explained the next steps. Dylan came out next and confirmed what Levi had said. He provided more detail about the process, scheduled us for service first thing the next morning, and arrived promptly. He was efficient and left the space clean. Our third technician, Vuk, handled a quick HVAC repair. He explained why the fix was needed and helped us understand the difference between an older install and what was necessary for our current AC system. He also scheduled us for first thing Saturday morning, arrived on time, completed the job quickly, and left everything tidy. Across the board, every technician we worked with was friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. The quality of service and customer care was excellent.
