My message is basically unchanged from my last set of comments: service for replacement of a double sump pump system was prompt, proficient, efficient, courteous, respectful, gentlemanly, excellent in all regards. Brothers service is never inexpensive but it is always never "cheap" in the mean sense pf that word. Invariably I pay the cost because of the superb nature of the outcome or product respective of the nature of the service. This is how every company should operate but only a precious few do. Thanks yet again, 2/1/2022 Again, I'm delighted with the service, this time by the Scott/ Cory tandem. They were prompt, efficient, pleasant, instructive and overall a true joy to have around. The air of professionalism was in everything evident and, as always, I learned the difference between competence--which they displayed and schlock workmanship, the latter abundantly apparent in the original installation. It is simply appalling how poor the original workmanship tends to be in houses here in Anthem and so ridiculously expensive. Gradually, thanks to Brothers, I'm replacing much of the wretched original installations and I'm consistently having fun with the Brothers experts.

Aaron was very helpful and persistent. He worked the case like a detective and repaired the sprinkler system that had been disrupted by water pipe repair. At each discovery, he kept me apprised and explained the problem and the next approach to narrow the issue. After a long day of work, he was able to finish and prove that the system worked in all its facets. He updated some things, tested everything, and now I can return to a life of ease with a fully functional sprinkler setup.

Jake came out to repair the vacuum breaker on the sprinkler system. During his visit he inspected the water heater and discussed the longevity of the sump pump. Given his honesty and professionalism, we moved forward and had the sump pump replaced to avoid a potential water crisis in the near future. Given long history with Brothers Plumbing, Heating, and Electric, I would highly recommend this company.

Louis and Chris were very professional, efficient and fast. I had the two of them come out to get my kitchen ready for a new gas range. So, we needed a gas line installation along with an additional outlet for the ignition on the range. Louis did a fantastic job running the gas line and even pointed out a few other issues I was not aware of. (my builders cut corners and my water heater isn't up to code.) Chris was incredible fast and was in and out in an hour installing another 140v plug. I cannot recommend them enough. And now my range will be available for use upon delivery.

I used Heart Heating and Cooling, Plumbing & Electric for a gas leak detection and repair. Darryl is AWESOME! He was incredibly thorough in his assessment and methodical in his approach to fix. I had multiple quotes from other companies and their proposed service and resolution did not even come close to the detail and solution that Darryl provided. One company told me they would have to tear through 3 levels of walls! Darryl worked very hard to pinpoint the issue in order to reduce unnecessary damage and cost. He worked quickly and wanted to ensure we were confident that the issue was resolved once he was complete. The Heart team was incredibly responsive and kind. We will be using them again!

EDIT OCT 26 2022 This is my second time using Heart. First off, they are EXPENSIVE! You can shop around for better pricing. However they do ***VERY GOOD WORK***. I had Jade and Talon come out and replaced two water heaters. They were nice, cleaned after themselves and very informative. I was asking questions during the install and they were more than happy to explain what they were doing. Everything is up to code and they fixed other tradesmen work, on top of the install. Ask for these gentlemen when you get your plumbing done. Ask for Matt R. (Master Plumber) On time, explained the work he completed for my understanding. Very clean, professional, and great workmanship. The work performed was replacement of two sewer sump pumps and pipe repair for the sewer lift in the crawl space.

Corey, Trey and Darryl did some remediation today. Heart stands by their work and if something is not exactly right, they come back and fix it. Trey adjusted the location of a water heater and humidifier to give us more space in the laundry room; Corey got a tough job done to modify electrical for our new range; and, Darryl adjusted a gas line for the new range. They worked together on the range’s anti-tipping plate install. Heart is a special company: every person I have talked with is professional, knowledgeable and pleasant.

He was called to looked at our garbage disposal and stayed to help take a look at loose flusher on a toilet, a smell coming up from a couple floor drains in the basement and actually gave me a quick tutorial on my home radon system. I have had Heart work to install a new furnace, a new air conditioner, bring my aluminum wiring up to code, install a new sewer line, repair leaks in 2 spots in my plumbing line, and install new wallboard and paint it in one bathroom where the leak did a lot of damage. The work took place over a period of about a year with more than than 7 or 8 technicians doing the work. I have been very pleased with the quality of all the work and the friendliness of all the technicians. I have always been called about 30-45 minutes before they have been scheduled to arrive. I have taken advantage of their free membership which gets me a discount and free yearly inspections of my heating, cooling, plumbing, electrical, and sewer line including a camera being run through the sewer line. Their pricing has been lower than other quotes. I have recommended them to several of my friends. One of them used Heart to install a new sewer line because their quote was lower than the 5 other quotes he got. Nothing but good things to say about Heart.

I have had a wonderful experience so far with the professionals at Heart. Matt R has been amazing with the time he has taken to explain the recommendations he has to improve our water quality and plumbing around our house. We are satisfied with the work he’s done on our plumbing and pipe repair and we are in the process of having him come back out for more projects. Joe F has got to be the most knowledgeable furnace technician we have ever met, and was great when he completed an inspection of our furnace system. He also provided a great list of recommendations to ensure that our system is working as well as it can, as long as it can, and we appreciate that. Kelly S has also been very thorough and efficient in the electrical work he’s done around our house. He provided great recommendations and came out to repair one of our electrical outlets outside, install a surge protector for our entire electrical system and remove a smoke detector that was going bad, all in less than an hour. Ashton G was amazing when he came out to conduct the main drain line inspection and scope. He was also very thorough and efficient in the time spent competing the inspection. Lastly, the girls at the office are very helpful in scheduling and keeping me posted on when the technicians are on the way or if they are running late. Everyone at Heart has been extremely helpful, without being pushy, in providing the recommendations needed to keep my home safe and I appreciate that in a company.

They fixed my sump pump which was only replaced last year by a different company. It was a disaster with a broken pipe and water damage and they fixed it same day. Polite, professional, and even noticed my sprinkler valve was leaking when they were cleaning their hands off outside and fixed that too while they were there!! I

Heart installed our sump pump about two years ago and it stopped working. Rocky came out, did a thorough inspection, and determined the issue was with the GFI outlet, not the pump itself. As always, Heart stood by their warranty and didnt charge anything. Always happy with their service!

April 4, 2025 During a regular checkup we discovered that our home's furnace was no longer functional. Two HVAC technicians, Mason and Chad came the same day to replace it for us; and it was a wonderful experience. They were professional and considerate, which in my experience with maintenance companies is not always a given. They answered all of my questions and were patient with me while I double checked the details. They also went out of their way to service us as quickly and comprehensively as possible, working until 9:30 that night so that we could resolve the problem immediately. While repairing our furnace they informed us that our emergency shut off valve was not up to code so they would also have to replace it. Originally the gas line was in an awkward position and the technicians were considerate enough to redirect the line when they replaced the valve to a more convenient position and in the process removed a tripping hazard that had plagued me for years! This is just one of the instances of them going above and beyond our expectations for the scope of the work. In addition to the furnace, they cleaned our AC coils and added a sensor that would prevent damage to our new furnace if the coils were to ever leak. Mason and Chad were both attentive and genuinely cared about doing a good job for us.

Yellow gas line to water heater was leaking. Very quick response from Fit It. Evan and Jaden, plumbers, arrived in under 2 hours. Both were great. Price to take off old yellow gas line and install new very reasonable. They attempted to fix my water heater vent problem, however the flue maybe back drafting when furnace comes on and will take more work. No upselling or up charging. they gave me the price up front, I signed and the work was done right away. no complaints. I will hire them again in the future I will request a new furnace estimate from Fix It. Fix It came recommended to me.

Fix-it 24/7 came highly recommended from a friend. I needed several plumbing projects for a recent home purchase - a new hot water heater, new shut-off valves for the main water line to the house and in the laundry room, and a new natural gas line to the back patio for the grill and firepit. This turned into quite a project due to the fact that the main water line feeding the house was not able to be turned off. However, Josh contacted the city, made an appointment for the city engineers to come to the house and tackle the shut-off at the street, then he was able to professionally complete all of the tasks. Quentin, a certified plumber with Fix It 24/7 Golden, came out to check out our water heater which falls under our service agreement with them and found several things that needed attention. He showed us the parts that needed to be replaced and explained what other recommendations were needed to extend the life of our water heater system. He gave us an estimate and we agreed and proceeded with him doing the work the same day. We couldn't be happier with his knowledge, professionalism, and friendly demeanor!

We had a gas line leak and fix-it 24/7 was able to get someone out the same day to have it repaired. Colton went above and beyond to get it taken care of and making sure the repair was done right. Then after Xcel turned the gas back on, Colton came back out to get everything running safely again. It took a bit of troubleshooting and patience, and he never once rushed the job. I’ve been a homeowner for 10 years and finally experienced the dreaded sewer line replacement. 24/7 was the first to respond, and had the issue diagnosed and fixed within 48 hours. I was initially skeptical of the quick turnaround time; I didn’t have time to shop around and had no other experience with this sort of thing to know whether I was being quoted a fair price. But after hearing horror stories from other homeowners who have experienced this issue, it sounds like 24/7 is a winner. They took great care to minimize the impact to my property. When I called with questions about the job, Keith patiently explained what was now in place under my property. They simply did a great job! Jeffrey D with Fixit24/7 was polite, professional, and did a fantastic job. We had an OLD kitchen sink and garbage disposal that desperately needed replacement. Jeffrey walked me through my options, and considerations to take. He placed some very old piping, added new valves, installed the new sink and disposal which look great, and working perfectly with no leaks! We also got a quote to replace a toilet and vanity. Hauled all the old stuff away, and did a perfect cleanup afterward. Highly recommended!

Nick was on time and did a great job. He replaced the hot water pipe at the top of the hot water heater to stop the slow leaking of water. Everything appears to be working fine. Nick said to keep an eye on the hot water heater. Hot water heater is approximately 10 years old. Nick said that the repair probably added about a couple of years of life to the hot water heater. Nick did not try to hard sell me on a new hot water heater, that he tried to fix the leak first, which he did, but he also gave me some useful information on what the cost for a new hot water heater would be if I needed to go that route. Jim came over to clean my sewer line. He was very knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. He explained my options and helped me to select the most cost-effective solution for my needs.

The technicians with Bell have been extremely helpful and exceeded my expectations with every service. Recently I had Dominick Medina come by to help with some electrical work. He explained all of the work that was being done and helped me understand the underlying issues that were causing my problems. Work was completed quickly and thoroughly. He went above and beyond to do a quality job. I also needed my Water Heater replaced, a water line run to the refrigerator, and gas line ran to the stove. Kyle Ronan and his team got the job done in a timely and professional manner. I am very happy with the work that has been done and will be coming back to Bell with any future needs.
