10/31/2024 Sean went above and beyond today in performing our winter ready maintenance. He checked both our heating systems, shared immediate detailed feedback, and was able to perform a needed fix to one of the systems today! Sean also got our humidifier in tip-top shape to ensure maximum comfort. Sean was extremely knowledgeable, very professional, friendly, and a great communicator. Highly recommend Sean and Applewood!

Hot water heating system boiler was not working properly. Technician diagnosed faulty eclectic ignition control system and replaced the panel and accompanying gas control sensor to restore heat and system to normal function.
