First off scheduling was easy and convenient and the phone receptionist was polite and handled the call with care, you get a real person that answers the phone. She listened to my reason for calling and then Andy came. He has a wealth of knowledge, wisdom and experience for HVAC repairs and installation. He resolved my issues with the promptness and speed that one needs when calling for repairs and maintenance. If Andy shows up at your door, rest assured that you will get top notch service and care. Applewood Plumbing Heating & Air are absolutely amazing. I’ve been using them for a little while now for my home’s plumbing and HVAC needs. They’re really good at providing a service window and sticking with it. Sometimes they even show up early - always a bonus. I woke up this past Monday morning at 5:00 AM and found that my tankless water heater was not heating up. They sent Dewey out who diagnosed the machine. He had to order parts for this unit and they were located in another state. As soon as the parts came in Dewey swooped by the shop and snatched them and came to my house to make the repair. He disassembled the units cleaned it real well and installed the new parts. He wasn’t here but an hour and he restored my hot water. Thanks, Dewey! Wow where to begin. Andrew was super patient with me. He didn’t try to sell me a new furnace like a couple other companies. Although I only spent $30 bucks with you guys today, Andrew earned my business with Applewood for the remainder of my time on this planet needing hvac repairs, servicing, and eventually installs. Levi was the first to arrivehe was polite, friendly, and clearly explained the next steps. Dylan came out next and confirmed what Levi had said. He provided more detail about the process, scheduled us for service first thing the next morning, and arrived promptly. He was efficient and left the space clean. Our third technician, Vuk, handled a quick HVAC repair. He explained why the fix was needed and helped us understand the difference between an older install and what was necessary for our current AC system. He also scheduled us for first thing Saturday morning, arrived on time, completed the job quickly, and left everything tidy. Across the board, every technician we worked with was friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. The quality of service and customer care was excellent.
