Great service on AC repair, which went out over the weekend. I called Applewood first thing this morning, and fortunately we got it addressed same day!

Applewood got us scheduled for a repair less than 24 hours after we called on Sunday. They had a 2 hour window to arrive and kept me posted immediately when the window started. Tyler, the technician, arrived exactly when Applewood told me he would, even texted me a picture of him when he was enroute so I could easily identify him when he arrived. Tyler was very polite and professional. He quickly diagnosed the problem and got to work immediately. He completed the AC repair, and installed a new thermostat in just over an hour. He even gave me a tutorial on the new thermostat. We’re glad we called Applewood!

Applewood was super fast and convenient. My AC stopped working in the middle of a hot summer week. I made an appointment online at 9pm and they were able to get out to me the very next morning. I ended up paying more than I expected but Im sure all of these services are expensive. It was my first time working with an AC repair service so I didnt really know what to expect. My technician was kind and answered my questions.

Justin took care of our AC repairs and maintenance. He knows his stuff, is kind, and a hard worker. We also had an electrician out for repairs as well. BELL took care of all the scheduling and everything was done on the same day. We have used other plumbers in the past.
