What Is Included in a Typical HVAC Tune-Up Service?

A typical HVAC tune-up covers a full seasonal checklist for both heating and cooling. Heating: we check burners, pilot and tubing, thermocouple, gas valve, ignition, combustion chamber, fan and limit control, thermostat, venting, operation, and clean or change filters. Cooling: we check the expansion valve, clear the evaporator drain, adjust bypass dampers if needed, verify breakers and fuses, measure temperature drop, inspect condenser and coils, test start and run capacitors, check wiring, refrigerant level, blower, and thermostat operation. Checklist may vary by system. Service in the greater Atlanta area, Alpharetta, Marietta and Roswell and nearby.
